New Die Shop

Firestonemetal Pvt. Ltd. operates a fully integrated, state-of-the-art in-house tool room for the design and manufacture of high-precision aluminium extrusion dies across soft, medium, and high-strength alloys. Dies are engineered using Mastercam CAD/CAM to optimize metal flow, dimensional accuracy, and profile fitment, and are precision-machined on CNC Vertical Machining Centres. Advanced heat treatment, wire-cut EDM, and nitriding facilities ensure superior die life, consistent geometry, excellent surface finish, and high repeatability—meeting the stringent quality requirements of ISO-IATF certified automotive, solar, and industrial applications.

Once the extrusion press is equipped with the appropriate dies and supporting equipment, virtually any complex profile can be manufactured with precision and consistency.

Precision Machine Centre

Fire Stone operates a comprehensive Machine Shop equipped with advanced CNC and VMC machines, drilling systems, EDM and wire-cut machines, SPMs, automated and angle cutting equipment, punching units, and robotic welding facilities. Our fabrication capabilities include precision cutting, drilling, automated milling, punching, and bending—ensuring high productivity, dimensional accuracy, and consistent quality.

Utilizing advanced drilling and punching technologies, we accurately create or enlarge holes in aluminium extrusions with superior repeatability. Through the integration of modern equipment and optimized fabrication processes, we deliver high-quality, precision-engineered components tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Surface Finishing

Anodizing

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that transforms the aluminium surface into a durable aluminium oxide layer, providing superior protection and enhanced aesthetics. Our facility is equipped with 24 processing tanks and is capable of delivering anodized coatings up to 25 microns in thickness.

The natural metallic finish can be retained, with a wide range of color options available to meet diverse architectural and industrial design requirements.
