The extrusion process begins with the precise assembly of the die within the container. Fire Stone employs the direct (forward) extrusion method — where the ram applies controlled pressure to drive the heated aluminium billet forward through the die cavity. As the billet passes through the die hole under high thermal and mechanical force, it takes the exact cross-sectional shape of the finished profile.

Every extrusion run is governed by tightly maintained process parameters, ensuring dimensional accuracy, surface consistency, and structural integrity across the full production length.
