Firestone Metal Pvt. Ltd. operates a fully integrated, state-of-the-art in-house tool room to design and manufacture high-precision aluminium extrusion dies across soft, medium, and high-strength alloys.

Dies are engineered using advanced CAD/CAM systems (Mastercam) to optimize metal flow, dimensional accuracy, and profile fitment. Precision machining is carried out on CNC Vertical Machining Centres to ensure superior quality and consistency.

Equipped with advanced heat treatment, wire-cut EDM, and nitriding capabilities, the facility delivers enhanced die life, consistent geometry, excellent surface finish, and high repeatability—meeting the stringent quality standards of ISO/IATF-certified automotive, solar, and industrial applications.
